License Grant

BlueDot licenses are perpetual and valid for:

• 3 years from purchase date, OR
• 3 major versions of the software

Whichever comes first. After this period, the software continues to work but no longer receives updates.

Device Binding

• Personal: 1 device
• Pro: 3 devices
• Team: Unlimited devices per seat

Licenses are bound to specific devices on first activation. Device transfers require contacting support.

🔐 Cloud Provider Relationship

BlueDot is not affiliated with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Hetzner, or Vultr.

BlueDot is a third-party CLI wrapper that interfaces with your existing authenticated sessions. We do not:

• Store, access, or transmit your cloud credentials
• Make API calls on your behalf using our credentials
• Have any access to your cloud resources

You are responsible for your own cloud provider agreements and costs.

Trial License

The 24-hour trial provides full functionality. Trial licenses are limited to one per person. Abuse may result in permanent exclusion from the service.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please use the 24-hour trial to evaluate BlueDot before purchasing. For questions, contact support@dosaygo.com.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR CLOUD PROVIDER CHARGES INCURRED.

You are solely responsible for managing your cloud resources and associated costs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
